Billing and collections use of Artificial Intelligence or other automation tools

I'm interested if anyone has utilized Artificial Intelligence tools in your billing and collection functions?  This may be either true AI-type programming or other automation which is directly aimed at improving the efficiency of your team.  The programming could be home-grown, developed by an outside entity or pre-packaged software.  If you have any experiences in this space- good/bad/indifferent and are willing to share with me I'd be grateful for your input.  I'm open to having a 1:1 discussion for a more confidential approach if you prefer.  Thank you!

    We use the following:

Outsourced coding via Fathom Health, which uses an AI engine. Our coders review & approve results. We've been using it for about two years now and are very pleased with it. Accuracy is great, and there's a process in place to send feedback to Fathom when things aren't quite right.

We use the Imagine practice management system, and have recently started using "Imagine Engagement", which they say uses AI. It includes assigning a "propensity to pay" to patients (based on various data points) so a patient with an "A" gets a different billing cycle than a patient with a "D". It also includes eligibility checks and patient demographics checks so at least some of the time we get new/better information on patients as a result of the product. The implementation has been rocky though, and is ongoing. (I believe the implementation issues were largely beyond their control, having to do with third parties.)
