    Hello Forum,.

    We are looking at the possibility of using a third party call center to handle incoming calls to our radiologists from hospitals, referring physicians, techs, etc. I would be curious if any groups are using call centers and if so, do you have any recommendations.

    We use a call center for patient scheduling for all of ur outpatient Imaging centers.  They also help us with what you are looking for, incoming calls to our Radiologists. I'll PM you privately with the info.
