We are considering adding a tuition reimbursement program for our team members. However we are considering best practices, utilization, and ROI.
1. If you have a tuition reimbursement program, what does that program look like for your practice?
2. Do you know the percentage of staff member participation?
3. Did you have success with this program? How did you measure your success?
4. Did you have a reduction of staff turnover? Do you know what the percentage was?
Anyone have any lessons learned on tuition reimbursement that you could share?
